I have a really wierd discharge from my penis after successful Chlamydia treatment. During the first round of Chlamydia treatment, azithromycin didn't work according to my retest, so I took Doxycycline and according to the results from the test last Saturday- I am now free and clear of both Chlamydia and Gonarrhea. I still have the burning symptom during urination and I am being referred to a Urologist. Just as a refresh, I've already done a 10 day Doxycycline, another 2 weeks Doxycycline and Metronidazole, another 10 days of Doxycycline, and a Z-Pak. My doctor gave me a ten day treatment of doxycycline. I have taken the medication as instructed, however, ten days later I am finished with the medication, but my itching and burning still remains. I am a 20yr old male. I tested positive for NGU at the public clinic and i was given doxycycline anitbiotics for 7 days. Yesterday was my last day for the med use but when i woke up this morning the whitish discharge from my penis was still present, you have an idea what might be going wrong here I just took doxycycline for 10days for Chlamydia.
