Dear Editor, We read with interest the reports by Chang and colleagues [1] and Abraham and colleagues [2] evaluating the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding with some of the new oral anticoagulants. E-learning modules for healthcare professionals on minimising the risks of using medicines and information on how to access medical device modules. In addition, the e-learning module that we developed and planned to introduce following the first audit cycle was not delivered before our second or third audit cycles.
